How to Apply

Through our integrated e-Residence portal, AIFC participants can facilitate the submission of applications for post-registration procedures and a range of other optional services, where a registered entity may notify AFSA of change of registered details via the portal.

Post-registration procedures


Read applicable AIFC legislation, guidebook part 1, Guidance on filing obligations to the Registrar of Companies, Post-registraton section, where application forms and notification deadlines are posted, before you start applying for a change of registered details.
Check whether the post-registration procedure(s), you are applying for, are available online and before starting the online application, see guidance on user verification for post-registration services.

For online procedure(s) please submit an application via the e-Residence portal.

Open the e-Residence portal and log in using a registered email address

Go to the Post-registration section in the menu and within it choose section 2. Post-registration applications to the Registrar of Companies

Click on the “new application” and indicate BIN of registered entity

Identify affiliation of the applicant to the legal entity and undergo verification

Choose one or several of the available post-registration procedure and click “create new application”
