HOW TO APPLY
As an integrated platform with a specialized infrastructure, AIFC developed a digital onboarding portal and a streamlined process of online registration was set. Potential participant looking to establish and conduct business in AIFC must apply for incorporation of an AIFC entity via the self-service portal
- Open the Digital Resident Portal (https://digitalresident.kz)
- Login or create your account
- Create a new application
- Select Application type – Registration application
- Choose the appropriate legal form
- Fill out an application
- Make a payment
- Submit application
- Receive a certificate of incorporation
Once an applicant is satisfied with the application form and is sure that the necessary signatures are in place and all other supporting forms and documents necessary for the completed application have been finalised, an applicant can then proceed to arrange an application submission.
