Temirlan Mukhanbetzhanov, СEO of AIFC Business Connect Ltd.
Since April 2021 Temirlan has been heading AIFC Business Connect Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the AIFCA Authority, where his areas of focus included the development of asset management and private banking markets. Over the years, he has held key positions in such organizations as the National Investment Corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the «Al Falah Capital Partners» investment company, the «Samruk-Kazyna» Fund and others.
Temirlan Mukhanbetzhanov is a graduate of the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP), and in 2009 he received a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh. He has successfully passed all three levels of the CFA exam.
